I like stories with this flavor. You showed me that you’re willing to adjust your perspective and learn as you go, which is a true sense of adventure. It’s a major compliment to you that you’re sill learning from and about Hank. The same openness to experience that I’ve always admired about you showed very well in this writing.

I have had a job working with the developmentally disabled one-on-one and also been acquainted with a Down syndrome person. Once I got past my own discomfort, I learned a lot and often had fun. I’m glad you took this trip with Hank and glad you wrote about it.

I sure do like the pictures. Sometimes I wonder who is the photographer. I believe that you are 100% correct that people can tell right away when someone is truly sweet natured. Makes me want to be more like that. Tom
