I am getting “cold feet” about this deal because we live in Minnesota. Any advise from those who are doing it?

Living aboard can be a great experience! Though I disagree about a 25’er being too small… but like many other things, it all depends on the people. I could do a 20’er with another adult… but I have 2 kids, so we need something bigger… :)
