Wow! Was that back in 2003 when you launched your http://www.mepsnbarry.com website/blog? Time flies. You have been writing for so many years, MEPS! On your Amazon author’s page you just mentioned you write recipes and limmericks. You need to edit your author page to reflect the truth – you have been publishing for YEARS! Blogs were not so common in 2003, but you’ve been writing a few for years. From having received personal mail from you, I know you have written wonderful essays, poetry, and wit for many years before the blog too.
Our May 2001 adventure on the Sunbeam was published in the Seattle nautical magazine. Add a link here to Lattitude 47 North article. Just finished reading Strangers Have The Best Candy. Loved it, so fun, and interesting; made me want to take off on my own into the world and see who I’d meet and get some candy! So, good to see you. Love how you autographed my copy of your book for me! Not sure who will receive the 2nd copy I bought for a Christmas gift, although by the time Christmas gets here I will have figured out the perfect recipient! Maybe next time we’ll have more time and actually be able to do lunch or some such thing. Sure enjoyed seeing Barry and Sharon, also!
